A Unique Diving Experience East
Flores /Larantuka
There is great variety of dive
sites in Larantuka. We want to share with you a taste of underwater world and
provide useful information to help you plan your diving holiday. There are several dive sites just outside of
larantuka. These are often dived during a half day program or as check out
dives. But don’t be misled there are
great dive sites.
DIVE/ SNORKLING SITE

Pulau Mas

Pulau mas ( gold island ) is a small island
in East Flores . the island has small beac ( white sand) and completely
surrounded by coral reef. The sea here is so clean and beautiful and the place
is very interesting for diving, snorkeling and swimming. We can go there by
boat about 2 hours from Laratuka. There
are many species of fish and coral reef.
On way you might enjoy the pure view to ile mandiri mountain.

Beliko

The dive site is located just 15 minutes
from Larantuka by boat. This site can be
very difficult when the current are running and is critical to time your dive
to coincide to slack water. Bliko is fantastic dive site well worth exploring
from the shallow a vibrant coral garden
casiades down reef slopes. Continue down large boulders can be found, each with there own family of numerous fish
hiding amongst coral and boulder alike. Pleasa take extrame care on this site
as strong currents sometimes whirlpools can be quickly pull on unprepared
diver.

Wureh

Wureh
beach is
relaxed and easy dive
site just
20 minutes from Larantuka.
Beautiful coral garden waits to be explored, perfect for both diving and
snorkeling. In this site gorgeous hard and soft coral garden, you can take your
time search the reef. Starting and ending dive at beach. Beautiful scenery
with coconut garden near the beach.

4.
Lamawalang Beach
Others dive site for diving or snorkeling is
Lamawalang. Lamawalang located to west
from larantuka about 15 minutes by car. Stop at station bus and walk
down the beach.
You can see the big
trees around the beach.
Explore the dive
site and
you will see the wonderful underwater.
